If your order is over $25.00 not including taxes, Socks Canada will ship your order free of charge.

Free Shipping to the Continental United States

If your order is over $55.00 not including taxes, Socks Canada will ship your order free of charge.

Flat rate shipping per order in Canada & the United States

To simplify the shipping process, Socks Canada offers flat rate shipping on all under $25.00 excluding taxes in Canada, and all orders under $55.00 excluding taxes in the continental United States. (Regular shipping rates apply Internationally). Be sure to take advantage of free shipping ordering more than one product.

Shipping within continental United States (5 - 7 business days)

$19.50 per order - Traceable - by Expidited or Tracked Packet service

When Does My Order Ship?

Socks Canada ships most orders within one business day of receipt of your order based on a 3:00 pm Mountain Standard time cut-off. Some orders may also be processed same day, and received within 3-5 business days Canada, & 5-7 business days USA. If you have any questions, please contact customer service by using our Questions or Comments  link/page.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or in store credit.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
